We group our classes into core programs. These programs have an 12 week focus, can be mixed and are designed to compliment each other and progress athletes over time.

Mixing the different intensities, movement types and energy systems being used across our programs helps to keep athletes injury free, motivated and delivers results.

Our two studio gyms (Brixton) run DELTΔ & CrossFit. 

DELTΔ – our all-round class that hits every pillar of fitness, rotating through a focus on cardio, bodyweight and strength – More

CrossFit – constantly varied mix of weightlifting, gymnastics & cardio at high-intensity – More

Athletica – mix of cardio, body weight and strength at high-intensity – More

Stronger – focusses on building fundamental strength with pushes, pulls and squats – More

CrossFit – constantly varied mix of weightlifting, gymnastics & cardio at high-intensity More

Our Delta class focuses on developing total fitness. 

Delta mixes constantly changing exercises, in different combinations, to build Strength & Power, Speed & Endurance, Mobility & Balance. Our three pillars of fitness.

Across the week each session has a different focus. 

Some days are pure cardio, some days are pure strength, some are a hybrid of both. 

We use proven concepts from powerlifting, bodybuilding and gymnastics to form the basis of the strength program and aerobic and anaerobic techniques for the cardio focus.

Skill, mobility and accessory work is woven throughout to ensure that, over time, you are prepared for a wide range of physical demands both inside, and outside, the gym. 

Every exercise is scalable, up and down, so from beginner athletes, to those training for competition, 

Delta is suitable for everyone.

Why is it called DELTΔ?
Delta is the 4th letter of the Greek alphabet. In capital form it looks like a triangle. Each of the three-sides represents one of our pillars of fitness that come together in a single program. In mathematics the symbol means “the change”. The changes you choose to make, the changes you see in yourself, the constantly changing programming, and our overall mission to the change the way the world gets fit.

Athletica is a uniquely accessible fitness programme which uses natural movement to help people achieve their goals, whether that’s weight loss, strength or general fitness.

It mixes cardio, strength training and high impact exercises, adaptable to your personal level and goals, in an environment that is fun and energetic under the guidance of one of our experienced coaches.

Small groups, focussed solely on strength training with an expert coach guiding every aspect of the workout.

This is a great, supportive session for anyone who’s looking to improve their base strength. No cardio!

CrossFit is a competitive and measurable fitness programme across a number of defined, high-intensity movements, combining weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing and more.

The focus here is good form with a high-coach-to-member ratio to ensure correct and safe movement and progression.

Motion is our strength and mobility class. Often athletes work on either strength, or stretching. Our motion programme combines both.

Range of motion without stability can often lead to bigger issues. Our motion class helps you develop joint strength and stability throughout your current range of motion, as well as any new range that you develop.

Working on specific areas to compliment our other programs you will see significant improvement in gymnastic, strength and lifting.

Our self-contained strength gym can be booked for open gym sessions to work out solo, coaches are also available to advise.

  • Open Gym: This is available for members on a Gymnasium or Gymnasium Plus membership. It is aimed at people who may wish to develop a specific gymnastics skill or programme a coach has given you, or an opportunity to catch up on a missed Stronger session from the week.
  • Open Gym Plus: This is for Gymnasium Plus members only and is a chance for Plus members to work on anything Crossfit, Olympic or Strength they wish.
  • Coached Open Gym: This is available for members on a Gymnasium or Gymnasium Plus membership. This is a chance for members to come in and work on something under the watchful eye of a coach. Please note this is not a standard coached class, so you must come along with either a programme to work on, or something in mind you wish to learn.
