We started Gymnasium to change the way the world gets fit.

We believe fitness is a gift that everyone should have and that working on it should be an enjoyable, energising and rewarding part of their routine.

To build all aspects of fitness we focus on three pillars – cardio, strength & mobility – in our expertly coached, well planned classes.

We cater for all abilities; from people with limited experience but a desire to get fit, to those looking to add a technical & competitive element to their training.

Our large space, conveniently located on Wandsworth High Street, is stocked with top of the range equipment and great changing, showering & communal facilities with free towels & toiletries.

We work hard to build a positive and inclusive community, as we know getting fitter is more effective and easier to stick to when done together.

We are committed to using our business as a force for good, from our impact on the environment and how we treat our staff, to how we help our broader community and so are very proud to be the only gym in the UK to be certified a B-Corp.

Mix & match to ensure well rounded fitness

Athletica – mix of cardio, body weight and strength at high-intensity

Stronger – focusses on building fundamental strength with pushes, pulls and squats

CrossFit – constantly varied mix of weightlifting, gymnastics & cardio at high-intensity

Olympic – technically complex, compound lifts

Motion – flexibility, joint strength & stability.

We have three types of membership which give access to different classes and each one of those has options for the amount of times you can access the gym a month; 13 times or unlimited and access times; all day or evenings & weekends only.

Athletica – Access to Athletica classes

Gymnasium – Access to Athletica, Stronger, Motion classes

Gymnasium Plus – Access to Athletica, Stronger, Motion, CrossFit, Olympic & Open Gym classes

We will be hosting our third and FINAL outdoor workout for the summer on Clapham common on the Sunday 21st August @ 10am. Ending the summer fun with a MASSIVE team hunt led by @bigredolivier. Bring your friends along, we want to make it the biggest workout we've done to date.
The workout will be just next to Meghans on the Common, towards Clapham Common tube or ///ruled.radar.worth. Its a 15 minute cycle/drive from Wandsworth Gymnasium & a 15 minute walk from Clapham Gymnasium.

3rd September sees the return of the Gymnasium Games, our annual individual competition. This year we are back to where it all started at Gymnasium Clapham! We will be aiming to start at 9am but will confirm timings closer to the time. There will be 2 divisions this year, RX and Everyday.

Sign up is now open on Wodboard and will close on WEDNESDAY 24th AUGUST.

On the weekend of the 6th and 7th August, we are running our annual 24 Hour Charity workout. 1 workout every hour on the hour for 24 hours. You can come along for a few hours or commit to the full 24.
All money raised will go towards Sharni, a fitness coach from another Wandsworth gym who was diagnosed with terminal cancer last year. Our contributions allow this incredible person to live her life to the fullest!
The first workout will start at 12pm on Saturday so be sure to get involved at any point across the 24 hours. Anyone wanting to do the whole 24, please email tim@gymnasium.fit.

Gymnasium Sweat With Pride!

This Sunday 26th June, join us and sweat with Pride! We are raising money for Wandsworth Oasis, an amazing charity supporting people living with HIV.

We've once again teamed up with State Street thanks to one of our long serving members, Graham who is the UK Chair for State Streets Pride network.

As well as our generous member donations and our late cancel and no show fees, State Street is going to match whatever we raise pound for pound which is amazing!

Last year we donated just under £2k so let's get behind this amazing charity on Sunday and see if we can top it. The donation buckets will be out all of next week as well so give generously!
