Our purpose is simple: to build the best gym in the world; a gym that improves our members’ fitness in a place where everyone feels they belong.

We are a strength, conditioning & mobility gym based around expertly coached group training. We know that getting fitter is better, easier to stick to & more effective when done together so our community is at the very heart of what we do.

We cater for all abilities; from people with limited experience but a desire to get fit, to those looking to add a technical & competitive element to their training.

Our large space, conveniently located on Wandsworth High Street, is stocked with top of the range equipment and great changing, showering & communal facilities with free towels & toiletries.

Gymnasium is the only certified B-Corp gym in the UK and recently appeared in Men’s Health as one of the World’s Best Gyms.

We are a registered CrossFit affiliate – Gymnasium CrossFit Southside.

CrossFit – constantly varied mix of weightlifting, gymnastics & cardio at high-intensity

We have three types of membership which give access to different classes and each one of those has options for the times you can access the gym a month; any time of the day or evenings & weekends only. As a new member you can also get a 25% discounted 3 month option these.

🥗| Fuel fundamentals is a 4 week course combining presentations, 1-on-1 support, toolkits, recipes and fitness classes to help you develop a better understanding of, and attitude towards nutrition, health and fitness and how they work together.

😘 | Fuel fundamentals is not a quick shred, calorie counting, weight loss course. Through this holistic approach previous participants have seen an improvement in sleep, focus, strength and muscle and, on average, 2kg weight loss!

🎂 | We help you give up processed food, sugar and alcohol to hit the reset button on your nutrition, break the cycle of bad habits and set the foundation for long term healthy habits.

👩‍🏫 | Participants will get individual guidance on how to set and achieve personal goals, Education on nutrition and portion control, A comprehensive meal planner and recipe book, specific Fuel group workouts, support from a dedicated coach and the Fuel community, guidance post-challenge, Inspiration & insight from guest speakers.

⚖️ | This is not for the uncommitted or those looking for a quick fix, but we, and your fellow participants will be there for you throughout the process. We know that better nutrition in combination with classes based our 3 pillars of fitness deliver incredible results.

Are you ready for our first event of 2023? Drumroll, please...it's THE RIOT! This mixed pairs event is happening at all 3 of our gyms and we couldn't be more stoked about it.

Here's the deal: there's only one division, so no matter your level, you can get in on the action. Find a partner from your gym and sign up, or let us play matchmaker and pair you up with a like-minded athlete.

From loo rolls & energy suppliers to our Legends program & the red bar of shame we are committed to using our business as a force for good. We are proud to be the only B Corp gym in the UK.

Becoming a B Corp was a key objective for us to demonstrate our commitment to the community we serve, the staff members we support, and the environment we use.

To become a B Corp, we had to meet rigorous standards in five key areas: governance, workers, community, environment, and customers. We achieved this through a range of initiatives that we’re proud of, such as providing salaried positions in an industry dominated by hourly workers, creating an internal Coach Academy program for staff development, offering pay above industry average wages, and providing a range of other benefits.

We’ve also created programs to give back to the community, such as our Spartan program for underprivileged youth in collaboration with local charities and our free Legends classes for those over 60. We’re committed to reviewing significant suppliers and selecting those that meet our high standards, including Teemill, Eleiko, and Nocco. We also prioritize local alternatives whenever possible.

Finally, we’ve implemented charitable giving policies to support local charities through the generation of funds collected from no-show/late cancellation fees and our events.

Being a B corp puts us in the company of other well-known brands such as Patagonia, The Body Shop, Burton, Ben & Jerry’s, and Innocent, who prioritize sustainability and being a force for good in the world.

Just as a reminder, here are the updated Open Gym slots. Pro tip: save this post to check back if ever you’re in doubt about what’s what 😉

Open Gym:
This is available for members on a Gymnasium or Gymnasium Plus membership. It is aimed at people who may wish to develop a specific gymnastics skill or programme a coach has given you, or an opportunity to catch up on a missed Stronger session from the week.

Open Gym Plus:
This is for Gymnasium Plus members only and is a chance for Plus members to work on anything Crossfit, Olympic or Strength they wish.

Coached Open Gym:
This is in place of the Skills Clinic on a Tuesday evening. This is a chance for members to come in and work on something under the watchful eye of a coach. Please note this is not a standard coached class, so you must come along with either a programme to work on, or something in mind you wish to learn.
