A 45 minute class for all fitness levels bringing together local parents who want to get fit in a fun & safe environment. Best of all you are able to bring your babies, toddlers, kids with you.

Stronger Bodyweight 💪 

These classes are filled with valuable drills, a good mix of eccentric and foot assisted work, solid strengthening of the midline and inversion training. Don’t sleep on these sessions, team - every Thursday evening 18:00!

Intro to CrossFit session ✅

Our new CrossFitters learning all the fundamentals last weekend!! In this 4 hour session we cover kipping and handstand gymnastics along with Olympic Lifting 🏋🏼‍♀️

No matter what your level there will be movements to work on, movements to learn and you’ll leave with an understanding of how to approach CrossFit workouts with these movements!

Our next intro to CrossFit will be 22nd June at @gymnasium.fit_wandsworth 11:30-2:30pm. This is exclusively for WW members but keep your eyes peeled if we open up more spaces 👀

This event features 2 different divisions, RX and Everyday. If you train in the Crossfit Programme and are comfortable with low volume Gymnastics and Weightlifting, including Kippinng Pull Ups and Hang Power Clean 60/45 then choose RX. If you typically Scale workouts, or train in our other programmes, then choose the Everyday Division. If you are unsure, please speak to your coach.

This year we are introducing our Same Sex Pairs Division! If you wanted to compete alongside your training buddy, then this division is for you!

Both RX and Everyday, the workout remains the same, you just split the work however you please, and run together with your Team Mate!

Only 1 Athlete needs to Register for the Pairs division, all you need is your Team Mates name, DOB and email address.

Entry to all Divisions includes access to The Gymnathlon itself, a Gymnathlon Tank, and Limited Edition Merch!

Saturday social out of the gym! We’ll be getting the train to Seven Sisters from Victoria. Meet at the gym at 09:45 or at the station before we depart at 10:40. Once we’ve made it to Seven Sisters we’ll walk along the cliffs, stopping for refreshments a few hours in 🍻 and finishing at about 4pm.

🏋️‍♀️ | We are thrilled to announce some major refurbishments in Wandsworth! 

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing you the best fitness experience we are creating a much more spacious studio across the entire ground floor!

The new, larger downstairs studio will predominantly house our CrossFit class and will enable us to run a wider range of programming options.

Starting on the 24th June, for 2 weeks, we aim to complete by the 6th July. We will be running classes for the duration  and the works will be kept to specific areas to minimise disruption.

1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, then another 1-mile run... Scale it, Rx it, try and beat your time from last year or complete it for the first time! After conquering Murph, we’ll continue into a motion stretch.

I have been going to the Gymnasium Brixton for just over 3 months and it is great! Friendly and professional coaches who are always quick to give advice and help your technique. Great community with plenty of events and activities to get involved in and a great choice of classes with well thought out progression to help you build your fitness in a balanced way! I’ve been at Gymnasium Brixton since Feb and it is hands down the best gym I’ve been to! The coaches are excellent, so friendly and welcoming, as is everyone who goes there. Every class is different and I always leave feeling amazing and excited for the next session. Would highly recommend!
Unreal gym! The best I’ve been apart of. Programming is really good and transparent. They switch it up regularly, build on what you have learnt and tell you why. Good facilities for a box and the vibe there with members and staff is sick! Frequent really well run events and I genuinely look forward to my works outs 3-5 times a week!
The best gym in the city! The blend of the classes and the skill of the coaches make this gym great for any fitness level. The facilities are top notch. Most of all, the community being created is engaging and a great reason to get involved.
Amazing gym with a real community feel. Great programming, great app, great facilities but what makes this gym stand out is that they really go the extra mile to make sure everyone feels welcome from day 1.

I go to the Clapham gym. Great coaches, great setup, great community. Not like a typical CrossFit gym where coaches want to charge for tips/training – you can always ask if you’re trying to improve a skill.
