Our purpose is simple: to build the best gym in the world; a gym that improves our members’ fitness in a place where everyone feels they belong.

We are a strength, conditioning & mobility gym based around expertly coached group training. We know that getting fitter is better, easier to stick to & more effective when done together so our community is at the very heart of what we do.

We cater for all abilities; from people with limited experience but a desire to get fit, to those looking to add a technical & competitive element to their training.

Our large space, conveniently located on Wandsworth High Street, is stocked with top of the range equipment and great changing, showering & communal facilities with free towels & toiletries.

Gymnasium is the only certified B-Corp gym in the UK and recently appeared in Men’s Health as one of the World’s Best Gyms.

We are a registered CrossFit affiliate – Gymnasium CrossFit Southside.

Book a free, no obligation trial by selecting a class and a time, filling in and submitting the form.  Athletica is our most accessible class which mix of cardio, body weight and strength at high-intensity. Stronger focusses on building fundamental strength with pushes, pulls and squats and absolutely no cardio!

To really help you get a feel of what Gymnasium is all about you can get a 30 day trial membership with unlimited classes, maximum of one a day, for just £50. This includes access to all Gymnasium membership classes, though some busy times are restricted to full members.

🏋🏼‍♀️ | This is an individual event that features 2 divisions; RX, and Everyday. If you train in the CrossFit programme and are comfortable with low volume Gymnastics and Weightlifting, including Kipping Pull Ups and Hang Power Cleans @60/45 then choose RX. If you typically scale workouts or train in our other programmes, choose the Everyday division. If you are unsure, please speak to your coach.

Last week @gymnasium.fit_brixton hosted a sober social with treats from @freshfitnessfood and non-alcoholic drinks from @motherrootldn. Been to many gyms so far in my fitness journey and this is head and shoulders, even knees and toes above any i have been to. Every trainer is friendly and invested into you bettering yourself, classes are well planned and well executed, I look forward to each visit as i cant wait for the buzz of a good class especially a team hunt 👍🏻

Gymnasium has massively improved my confidence when training. The coaches all take time to get to know you, your abilities and the best method to progress your strength. Everyone is welcoming and I always leave feeling positive about training! Would recommend to anyone wanting to improve their fitness or just somewhere fun to train.

I joined Gymnasium back at the start of the year as a complete beginner and with zero strength. The lovely Sophia Lau quickly showed me around the studio and welcomed me into my first "Athletica" and blew away those first day nerves. Fast forward to a few "Beginner OLY "classes, lots of hugely encouraging staff members and the wonderful community supporting each other, it's become one of the best gyms in the area.I might still be too scared to lift that extra big heavier, or master that kipping technique but I look forward to those morning classes every week.Don't be put off by a few fake reviews, pop in for a trial session and see for yourself - you won't regret it. Or just look at their social media accounts for the truth 🙂 Ps as "Stronger"s very own James Avery likes to remind me "not legs, not legs"!!

From beginners to advanced, gymnasium is the best place for you. Coaches are very friendly and amazing professionals, are very well prepared and always there to help you achieve your best, it doesn’t matter if it’s your first time at the gym, they’ll make you feel at home. After years away from the fitness life, I couldn’t find a better place, the results were visible in less than a month. Wide range of lessons, and a very supportive community, felt good and welcomed from day 1.

Joined 3 weeks ago as a genuine total beginner (like I had to be shown what a Bench Press was etc) and honestly its been FAB! Everyone is super friendly (even though they're lifting x5 my weights) and encouraging, and the gym is small so you see familiar faces each time. Facilities are really nice, you can book into a class with 1/2 days in advance (you dont have to set an alarm 7 days in advance to get a slot) and you're always greeted with a massive smile by reception and coaching team. LOVE IT.
