Gymnasium 6 week Nutrition program
6 week nutrition program will be based less around a challenge and more on making consistent, sustainable nutrition and lifestyle choices with the guide from your Gymnasium coaches.
The goal of this nutrition program will be to help you build your confidence in your nutritional knowledge and the way that you can apply it to your everyday lives. This is not a quick fix or a six week ‘lose weight and get shred’ challenge. Even though you may lose weight and see big results from the program - its true purpose is to create a foundation that can be built upon and continued for many weeks, months even years after the program has ended.
You will receive daily guidance and tips on what to focus on and improve in your lifestyle and eating habits as well as receiving a personalised guide of what your calories and portions should be in line with whatever your goals are.
