Memberships typically fall between £145 to £235, depending on number and type of classes as well as access times. No contracts, 7-day cancellation.

Common questions.

Before you start

No. Every session is scaled to the person doing it. Beginners are welcome and well-coached. Most members start with no formal training background.
When you arrive, your coach will greet you, check you in, and ask about any injuries or anything they should know.

You'll start with a general warm-up to get moving, followed by a quick briefing of the session. The coach will explain the workout, demonstrate movements, and show any scaling options so you know exactly what you're doing.

Then you'll go through a workout-specific warm-up before getting into the session itself.

During the workout, the coach is with you the whole time. They'll keep things running smoothly, check your technique, make adjustments where needed, and give you a bit of encouragement when it counts.

At the end, everyone helps pack away, and you'll finish with a short warm-down or breathing piece to bring things back down.

No guesswork. No getting left behind. Just well-coached training from start to finish.
Three times a week is the sweet spot for most members. Two will still get you fitter. Four works well if you've got a specific goal. We help you find the right cadence based on your schedule and recovery.
Trainers, comfortable clothes, a water bottle. Showers and towels are available at every gym. Lifting shoes, belts, wraps: bring them if you've got them, but you don't need them to start.
Almost certainly. Tell us about it in your intro and the coaches will scale your training around it. We work with members managing back, knee, shoulder and post-surgical issues every day.

Membership

Pauses are available in two situations:

Life events. If you're injured, made redundant, or pregnant, we'll pause your membership while you sort things out. Bring proof (medical note, redundancy letter, midwife confirmation) and we'll set it up.

Loyalty pauses. Long-standing members get an annual pause as a thank-you:
  • 2+ years a member, up to a 2-week pause per year
  • 4+ years a member, up to a 4-week pause per year
We don't pause for holidays or general life admin. Keeping memberships simple is what lets us keep them affordable.
Yes. Open Gym access is included on every membership, at every site. Times vary by location.
Yes. Once a week at a sister site, with some restrictions where a gym is at capacity.
