What you're probably wondering

Let's deal with the obvious stuff.

Will everyone be watching me?

No. You're just training, in the room with everyone else. There's no separate class and no spotlight.

Will I be able to keep up?

The workout is scaled to you before it starts. There's nothing to keep pace with.

Do I need experience?

No. Every class has a Start track built for exactly this. Your coach teaches from scratch, whatever you choose.

Everything from your consultation, goals, injuries, what you're working on, is on our system before your first class. Your coach checks it beforehand, so you're not stood there explaining yourself. They already know.

Coaches learn your name fast. Members ask how your knee's doing, not why you're new. The person next to you, training like they've done it a thousand times, started exactly where you are once too.

Personalised Fitness

Nothing about your start plan is a guess.

Before you train, you sit down with a coach. Properly, not a form to fill in.

Movement screen

How you squat, hinge, and move overhead, and where you're tight or restricted.

Baseline & body composition

A simple conditioning test and a body composition scan, so we've got a clear starting point to measure progress against.

Training recommendation

The right class for you, always with a Start option if you need it, or Open Gym.

Your weekly plan

Clear and specific. For example: two strength days, one engine day, one optional extra.

Nutrition & recovery

Guidance on nutrition, sleep and recovery runs throughout, whenever you want it.

How it works

Every class has a Start track.

Whichever class fits you, there's a Start-level way in: lighter loads, regressed movements, adjusted reps, whatever gets you training safely from day one. Your coach helps you choose, and moves you up when you're ready.

Olympic lifting and gymnastics, coached from the fundamentals up.

What happens next

We keep checking in.

Week one

Your initial consultation: the conversation, movement screen and baseline that shape your plan.

Week two

A coach check-in to see how the plan's landing, plus optional technique workshops if you want extra time on specific movements.

Week six

Retest and review against your baseline: movement, fitness and body composition. We adjust the plan if it needs adjusting.

Week twelve

A second retest and review. This is usually where members notice it: stronger lifts, better conditioning, a lot more confidence in the room.
