Gymnasium Start
Every session, at the right level.
Every class at Gymnasium, DELTΔ, Athletica and beyond, has a Start track: whatever gets you training safely from day one. Your coach helps you choose, and moves you up when you're ready.
DELTΔ Start
Coached strength and conditioning, built for building your foundation.
Structured strength & conditioning classes.
DELTΔ is the foundation of Gymnasium. A coached, structured group workout that alternates between strength days and conditioning days.
Every session is programmed inside a wider training cycle. So you don't just sweat, you progress. Strength work builds week to week. Conditioning is intentional, not punishment.

Athletica Start
Olympic lifting and gymnastics, coached from the fundamentals up.
Higher skill. More technical. Built for progression.
Athletica is our CrossFit class. For members who want to develop the harder skills under proper coaching: Olympic lifting, gymnastics, advanced conditioning.
Same coaching standard. More technical content. Sessions assume you've got the basics down (or are willing to learn them). Coaches still scale every movement to the person doing it.

It all starts with a conversation.
We'll talk through where you are now, where you want to get to, and what fits your life. You don't need to arrive fit, flexible or knowing exactly what you need. That's what the consultation is for.
Your training recommendation
We'll recommend the right place to start: regular classes on the Gymnasium Start track, Coached Open Gym to build confidence, or Open Gym for independent training, whatever actually fits.
Your weekly plan
You'll leave knowing exactly what to do next. That might be two strength sessions and one conditioning session a week, with an optional fourth when time allows. No guesswork.
Your first sessions
We'll explain what to book and what to expect. Your coaches will know you're starting out, and help you choose the right movements, weights and level of challenge.
Nutrition & recovery
Access to our nutrition apps and resources, plus our Fuel programme each quarter if you want more structured support. An optional body composition scan too, useful if it helps your goals, never a requirement.
Know exactly where
You'll also get a short walk-around video before your first visit, so you know exactly where to go. The Gymnasium App shows you the week's programming, with videos of key movements, so you know what's coming too.
Friendly coaches that care about your progress.
Everything from your consultation, goals, injuries, what you're working on, is on our system before your first class. Your coach checks it beforehand, so you're not stood there explaining yourself. They already know.
Coaches learn your name fast. Members ask how your knee's doing, not why you're new. The person next to you, training like they've done it a thousand times, started exactly where you are once too.
We keep checking in.
Week two
A coach check-in to see how the plan's landing, plus optional technique workshops if you want extra time on specific movements.
Week six
Retest and review against your baseline: movement, fitness and body composition. We adjust the plan if it needs adjusting.
Week twelve
A second retest and review. This is usually where members notice it: stronger lifts, better conditioning, a lot more confidence in the room.
Every background, every level, every reason for being here.
Let's deal with the obvious stuff.
No. You're just training, in the room with everyone else. There's no separate class and no spotlight.
The workout is scaled to you before it starts. There's nothing to keep pace with.
No. Every class has a Start track built for exactly this. Your coach teaches from scratch, whatever you choose.
Whatever you'd wear to any gym. Trainers, comfortable kit. We'll sort the rest.
Tell your coach at the consultation. Sessions get built around it, not despite it.
No contracts. 7-day cancellation. Refunded drop-ins if you join.
