DELTΔ

Structured strength & conditioning. Accessible & repeatable.

DELTΔ is the foundation of Gymnasium. A coached, structured group session built around the movement patterns that actually matter: squat, hinge, push, pull, carry, run.

Every session is programmed inside a wider training cycle. So you don't just sweat, you progress. Strength work builds week to week. Conditioning is intentional, not punishment.

Best for: beginners, busy professionals, anyone wanting a strong base.

Athletica

Higher skill. More technical. Built for progression.

Athletica is our CrossFit class. For members who want to develop the harder skills under proper coaching: Olympic lifting, gymnastics, advanced conditioning.

Same coaching standard. More technical content. Sessions assume you've got the basics down (or are willing to learn them). Coaches still scale every movement to the person doing it.

Best for: experienced members, ex-athletes, anyone training for sport or competition.

HYROX

Race-specific strength & conditioning.

Built around the demands of HYROX: sleds, ergs, carries, lunges and wall balls. Sessions focus on strength or engine, building pacing and repeatable performance.

Best for: HYROX competitors, endurance-focused members, anyone who wants to push race performance.

Weekly Structure

Structured week. Clear focus. Real progress.

Each day has a role. Strength builds the base, engine develops capacity, and skill sharpens how you move. Across the week, it all fits together, so you're not guessing or doubling up. Just turn up, follow the structure, and let it build.

Coached

A qualified coach runs every session. They watch your technique, fix your form, and call your loads. You're never left to guess.

Structured

Programming is written in cycles. Strength progresses week to week. Conditioning is purposeful. Sessions build into something.

Scaled

Same session, your level. Loads, ranges and intensities adjust to the person. Everyone trains hard. No-one trains beyond their level.

Connected

You train alongside the same people. Coaches know your name. Effort is shared. Progress is noticed. It's not just a class you attend, it's a place you belong.
