Member communications and class bookings
We use member contact details, including phone numbers, to communicate with you about your membership, bookings, classes, gym updates and other information relevant to your membership. This may include communication through WhatsApp and other messaging platforms.
When you book a class, your name may be displayed on the class attendee list and visible to coaches and other members using our booking system. We do this to help manage our classes and support the member and community experience at Gymnasium.
If you have a particular reason why you do not want your name displayed, please contact us at coach@gymnasium.fit.
Lawful basis for processing
We only use your data where we have a valid legal basis. These include:
- Contract: where we need your data to provide your membership, bookings or other services you've requested

Marketing
We will only send marketing communications where you have opted in or where we are otherwise allowed to do so under applicable law.

Operational communications about your membership, bookings, classes or the running of your gym are not marketing communications and you may continue to receive these where necessary to provide your membership or services.
